With 18 sales branches throughout Germany, we offer fast, friendly, and competent service. 40 sales representatives and 10 technicians make sure that you always receive the best support. Our in-house staff is available Mondays through Fridays and will process all incoming orders on the same day. Each OMNILAB customer gets support through his or her own dedicated sales representative and dedicated in-house contact. Our customer support staff know the order history and requirements of their respective customers. For specialized demands they consult with our special department experts in FoodALYT, OCS, and ODS.
